INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy applies to all websites and mobile applications (each a “Site”) operated by RUN Hargett RUN, LLC and its affiliates (“Hash House”, “Hash House A Go Go”, “we”, “us”). Participation in Our Programs:

When you register and/or participate in any of our programs on our Site, you will be asked to provide some personally identifiable information, such as but not limited to: name, shipping address, email address, telephone number, date of birth/age. As you various activities related to a Site, such as which of our restaurants you visit, rewards earned, promotions redeemed, any expressed preferences, or engagement with our brand(s). POLICY FOR CHILDREN

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13 through our sites or mobile application. If we learn that any unauthorized personal information of a child has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided any such personal information to us, then you may contact us at the email or mailing address noted at the end of this Privacy Policy below and request that we delete that information from our systems.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

This section applies only to California residents.

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), below is a summary of the “Personal Information” categories, as identified and defined by the CCPA (see California Civil Code section 1798.140 (o)), that we collect, the reason we collect your Personal Information, where we obtain the Personal Information, and the third-parties with whom we may share your Personal Information.

We generally collect the following categories of Personal Information about your when you use our Site or services:

Identifiers such as a name, address, unique personal identifier, email, phone number, your device’s IP address, software, and identification numbers associated with your devices.

We collect your Personal Information for the business purposes described above. The CCPA defines a “business purpose” as the use of Personal Information for the business’s operational purposes, or other notified purposes, provided the use of Personal Information is reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purpose for which the Personal Information was collected or another operational purpose that is compatible with the context in which the Personal Information was collected.

Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights in relation to your Personal Information; however, your rights are subject to certain exceptions. For instance, we cannot disclose specific pieces of Personal Information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the Personal Information, your account with us or the security of our network systems.

Right Against Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described in this section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to know, delete or opt-out of sales.

If we cannot verify your identity from the information we have on file, we may request additional information from you, which we will only use to verify your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Right to Opt-Out of Selling. As described in this Privacy Policy, in certain situations we may share your Personal Information with our partners, third-parties or affiliates for our marketing or other purposes.

If you opt-out, we may be unable to offer you some of our Services which require sharing of Personal Information.

In addition, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third-parties for their direct marketing purposes. In your request, please specify that you want a copy of our California Privacy Rights Notice.” Please allow 30 days for a response.

There may be links on our Sites that will take you to third-party sites. Please be aware that we do not control any such third-party sites, and we are not responsible for the contents of any third-party site or any link contained in such a site.
